The Addendum

This is an addendum to this post.

Since my departure from my former "group," not only has the Meet Up been made private, so too has the Yahoo Group. What? Now knitting groups are exclusive?

Accessibility is the second most important thing in group management (second only to Advertising--how can a person join your group if they can't find you?). Without accessibility, how can one determine for themselves if joining a group, sight unseen, is for them?

If anything, these little developments have confirmed I did the right thing by leaving. I've got too much going on with my private life to feel "unevenly yoked."
