Evolution of a Granny Square Afghan: De-Wonkied

"Elle est une bonne etudiante!"

Isn't it a beaut?
My first crochet student is really coming along--
and really enjoying this as a project.
Each row she knocks out, she visualizes along the way
how great this afghan will be.
She's even having fun deciding which yarns to use next!
Also she duly noted she shouldn't listen to her mother--who is
the root cause of the earlier "wonkiness."
