Here is one of the very few souvenirs I brought back from this vacation.
I purchased this belt/strap while at the beach in Tulum, Mexico.
I've been intrigued by knots and macrame for a while, and hope I'll be able to learn some basics, and hopefully be able to implement them as straps or decorative use for my crochet projects.
The colors of this really spoke to me, and I wish I snapped a picture of the girl selling them.

Very cool! I love the colors. It would be great as a strap for a felted bag or a belt on a sweater in one or more of the colors. This is a great souvenir. I hope you don't get sick.
